I got my first 'proper' camera in July 2008, and since then I've experienced a massive learning curve (although I'm still getting to grips with everything my camera can do). My dad has taught me a lot, and joining Flickr has inspired me beyond belief. One of my favourite things to do is browse through some of the wonderful photos on here.
I completed the 365 challenge, in which I took a self-portrait every single day for 365 days, just over a year ago. It really helped me to become more creative and understand the direction in which I want my photography to go. But as you may have noticed, I have seriously let photography fall by the wayside over the past year or so. Now that spring has finally arrived in my part of the world and the sun is beginning to beckon me outside, I hope to dust off my beloved camera and start to experiment again.
