Yes, these are some rantings from a while back....as I told a dear dear friend the other day, I may get back into writing for this one. The nature of some of the posts may shock some of the denizens of Flickr and other places, but gee whiz folks, that is what the first ammendment, freedom of speech, etc are all about. And if anything there strikes your fancy, by all means comment!!!

And while that page has been updated and one video removed, there is something of an ulterior motive for the site. While other folks can look and see that yours truly does exist, even though the camera is not as efficient in its rendering of the image as my trusty Yashica SLR is..it is to show one associate that this is who has made all of those copious postings over the better part of the past few weeks. Call it the modern age version of either flowers being sent on a daily basis or the internet playing the role of surrogate out of Cyrano DeBergerac.

We can all learn from Randy Pausch. There are no words to really describe how moving seeing the video of this lecture was...amazing words from an amazing mind.


Folks here is something else to mull over about this journey around the sun we call an existence: life being what it is, go out there and make each day memorable. Make sure that the circle of friends who you hold dear know that, if only because sometimes that funny little hourglass has a nasty habit of running out.
