Welcome to my stream!
I’m not sure what to write here but here are a few things anyway:
I started Flickr by accident: My photos were transferred from Yahoo Photo to Flickr. Those were the pictures I used for a travel blog.

I enjoyed photography since I was a kid. My first “investment” as a teenager (15) was spending my hard-earned money to buy a SLR (Pentax Me), and a couple of lenses as an upgrade from my Kodak Instamatic! My second investment was to buy a microcomputer (pre-PC era). If you see a pattern…!

I’ve also been on a photography ‘hiatus’ for about 10 years when I barely shot a photo until I got my first digital camera in 2000. Then, it is only in 2004 with a first decent ‘bridge’ camera that I really start to enjoy photo again.

I never learned photography. In the past two years, I moved from purely instinctive picture to more planned, envisioned images (you know, the “from taking snapshots” to “making photos” route.. :-) ). It does not mean my images are better now. It just means that they are less accidental.

There are two areas where I want to grow: mastering natural and artificial light and street photography.
I love spending time on Flickr. It’s a great source of inspiration.
