"What to say about Nabaz? Or, rather, where to start? Well, I can't for the life of me remember how we came upon each other in FlickrLand but he's been a great contact for most of my time here and I do so enjoy his work and comments.
I never feel like a voyeur with Nabaz's street shots. Many of his images challenge the comfort of our own existence and the words he adds to them are always succinct and very much to the point. Search his stream for the shot of "Basse" to see what I mean: it's a wonderful representation of his skills. And Nabaz opens up his heart on his Flickr stream - check out the beautiful shot of his wife when she was pregnant with Noah (search for "it's a boy") for a great example.
Apart from his photographic skills, I also appreciate enormously his approach to commenting. He's never scared to share an opinion and if he's critical then it's always done in a constructive way. Yes, I've learned a lot from Nabaz and I will continue to learn from him.
And he's a heck of a lot of fun too!
Thanks Nabaz!"17th September, 2010

"I intented to do this some time ago...Nabaz ...an artist in the truest sense. He is masterful at capturing human emotion and the beauty of the world all around us. He is adapt at turning even the most mundane scenes into amazing art plus an excellent caption writer for his meaningful photos. His unpretentious view on the world makes those of us lucky enough to view his images, think and feel.
I've learned through his work that "the less is more". A very inspiring photographer, one of the best here on Flickr.
Above all, a beautiful person; honest, encourage and with this great sense of humor! :) xxx"16th July, 2009

"Nabaz is one of my favorite contacts on flickr. He has an incredible eye for the subtleties in life . . . definitely a rarity. I find a visual depth in his photos where they get much more interesting to me the more time I look at them - and I can't say I find that with almost any photographers. What's better, Nabaz invests a lot of time in helping others - teaching, giving feedback, critique, and assistance. Probably his most effective teaching though is simply through his images - it seems I learn something new in almost every one."

"Nabaz is a talented photographer and his stream never ceases to amaze me - his photos are very diverse in subject matter, and processing, and feel, but, I wouldn't be writing a testimonial if that were all. He's a wonderful teacher, he has the guts and takes the time to offer real advice and real insight and real encouragement on other people's photos. His advice and critique have helped me to take better pictures, to compose better, to do better B&Ws, to impart more feel and more atmosphere to my pictures. On top of it all he's a very nice human being..."

"simple, beautiful, elegant, refined...
Nabaz has an eye for great composition. His work is sophisticated and refined. I love the minimalistic approach he uses which is shown throughout his photo stream.
He is also very thoughtful in his comments and he is not afraid to state his opinions whether it be good or bad....which I think is great.
A very good flickr friend and I thank you for sharing your wonderful photos."16th October, 2008
