I am simple guy who likes to enjoy life in his own stubborn way. Seeing new things and places, meeting people, having new experiences. I love a good sense of humor (read well.. a good sense of humor)

When 3 years ago my ex and I broke up, I suddenly realized that I lost many photo's (that stayed in possession of my ex). And with that I lost the direct link to many memories.
So after I found a place to live again, one of the first things I bought was a new digital camera. A simple one, a Canon Powershot A85. But I could make nice pictures with it and that was important for me.

I started to make pictures for my own blog and with that my interest for photography started to grow.
In December 2007 I got my first DSLR, a Nikon D40. A camera that covers my needs more then enough. With the 70-300mm lens, the 2x tele-converter and the macro-lenses I bought to it, it is a nice set.

I am still finding my way with photgraphy, there is a lot to learn and to try out. To get a good base on SLR photography I did a course in SLR photography February this year. Followed by a course in photo editting.

I don't pretend that my pictures are pieces of art, far from that. I make 100 pictures... 5 of them are nice and 1 is good :). It are just the things I like and I want to share with others.
