Hmm... a little about myself...

My name is Angie and I'm a mother of three gorgeous children. I live in sunny Southend on Sea, Essex, England.

MY LIKES... stretching, chocolate, laughing till my tummy hurts, dining out with friends, sitting along the beach, scary movies, wearing P.J's while I do my housework, people watching, gadgets, singing, sleeping for at least 6 hours, my pretty feet (well I think they are anyway), curry and diet coke.

MY DISLIKES...clowns (scary!), apricots, dumplings, nuts, nuns (they scare me), small children in the dark (they scare me too, lol), having my feet tickled, balloons too near my head, my feet when they've been in the water too long, coat hangers and people who talk all the way through good movies.

I have LOVED photography for many years and it has kind of turned into an obsession! I don't know about the rest of you, but I know that it's a strong passion I have, because i tend to see most of the world around me in frames. I think, wow that would make such a great picture, all the time!

My absolute favourite is black and white portrait photography, as you will find out by looking at my stream, and checking out my favourites. A good portrait can make me shed a little tear, especially if I am looking through my favourites to some fitting music (Snow Patrol or Coldplay), which I do a lot. I hope that doesn't sound mad. I just think music goes so well with images.

I use a Canon 350d with either my 24mm 2.8 wide angle lens, or my little beauty 50mm 1.4...I'd be lost without it! I absolutely refuse to use flash during any sessions. I love natural light!

My dream would be to make people happy by capturing fantastic moments in black and white for them every day of the week...okay maybe have one day off.

Oh and one final dream is to be the owner of a Canon 5d... wow I envy all of you who have one!
