In all the years I’ve been taking photos I’ve always had comments that I am a good photographer. I’ve never believed it, my stock answer is usually, “it’s a good camera”. But maybe, at the age of 50 mumble mumble something, it’s about time I started taking note. I’ve also always been very private and possessive of the pictures I take, but I’ve been persuaded that it’s good to share so I have finally decided to bow to pressure and share some of my pictures here.
I don’t know all the technical details of taking photos; I just know what I like. I also like to experiment, sometimes the experiments work and sometimes they don’t. Most often I just point and shoot, but I have to be standing in a particular position to do so, poor Mr A is often told to move because he is standing where I want to stand to take a photo, but then he is used to my strange little ways.
I spend various amounts of time elsewhere on the web including a website, FB, Twitter, A Blog.......

an update, after nearly a year of being a pro member and uploading photos I'm much more relaxed about sharing. So much so that I've since built a website solely for my photos. I've also started taking candid/street photography pictures since joining Flickr. Have to say I think I've become a bit addicted to it.
Please don't add invitation/comments with pictures. I find them incredibly frustrating when I am trying to catch up. Especially if I am catching up using my mobile phone

She definitely has that ability to compose a shot (just ask Mr A - he has to get out of the way for her to do it!)
