I am a graphic arts and photography teacher at a high school in a Chicago suburb. My job has to be the best job in the world. Not many people can say they look forward to getting to work and feel like they are making a positive influence in someone else's life. For me, its about 100+ someones a day.

I graduated with a BFA in Art Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in May 2005. When I'm not teaching, I like to create artwork as well. I am an artist who likes to try my hand at all sorts of art forms. My favorite art forms by far are photography and illustration, which is what I share here mostly. I also like painting with traditional media.
