I'm a 22 year old photography and fashion enthusiast living in San Francisco, CA. Currently attending San Jose State University working towards a B.A. in Photography with a minor in Graphic Design. I am the Social Media Creative for a high volume retail boutique in San Francisco and I currently run the store's blog: azaleasf.tumblr.com

I like to dance hip hop, contemporary, modern, and jazz. I was on a competitive hip hop team in the bay area called The Company. We've taken 3rd & 2nd place at the annual Body Rock Dance Competition in San Diego and taken 1st place most recently at World of Dance Bay Area and Prelude Norcal.

I am working towards retail marketing and social media. My credits include being a graphic design student assistant at MOSAIC Cross Cultural Center at San Jose State University. I worked as top style consultant for Metropark USA in SF, CA and created print media for my particular store's promotions and sales. I interned at a high end San Francisco boutique called Shotwell (http://shotwellsf.com) as a web/media intern where I helped with social media, worked with content management systems to post process, upload, and update content for the online store. I also created graphics for the web blog. I am now currently working full-time at Azalea Boutique (http://azaleasf.com) and have taken over the blog, creating content, researching trends and inspiration images, creating photographs and graphics, and writing up original content.

I plan to graduate in the Spring 2012 and hope to move to New York City to land a design/photography internship and hopefully become a photographer's assistant.

I'm passionate about the artistic and technical aspects of photography, but I'm also passionate about growing, learning, and developing my own eye and style. Flickr is a beautiful way to learn, understand, and be inspired.
