When I started taking photography with any degree of seriousness in around mid-2007, I had two point-and-shoot cameras, but finally invested in a Nikon D60 in September 2008.
In September 2010 I also acquired a Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 APO EX DG OS HSM lens, and I recently added a Tamron 18-270mm f/3.5-6.3 Di II VC PZD general purpose lens to my collection.
Although at first I was primarily keen on landscape and travel photography, increasingly I'm interested in sporting action shots, nature photography, and portraits especially after the arrival of my two lovely daughters.
The other preoccupation is with cars and motorsport. I am one of the duo who founded the Formula One Rejects website (www.f1rejects.com) and its ridiculous podcast.
