I love disassembling things, typewriters, hard drives, vcrs, artificial hearts.... the more tiny moving parts the better....and then occasionally, I will reassemble the pieces into art or jewelry.
I have also been pleating paper for over 25 years, having traveled a lot as a kid, (parents were teachers, I'm not a military brat) my folks found it was much cheaper to buy origami paper at every new location, than to buy new toys.
I have a twin sister which my father says he was originally going to name Avu, claiming that when queried where I came from, I could respond, "I came from a womb with Avu." Suffice it to say, I also have a sense of humor similar to my father's, but I'm not as much a fan of puns, unless they are really clever.
