I'm a 59 year-old entomologist (bugs!) living in London but regularly visiting Malaysia. For many years I used Minolta manual SLRs (SRT 100x, SRT 303b) but in the digital age have only used my little Nikon Coolpix 4500 swivel camera. I have yet to scan most of my files-full of transperencies for digital use but I am beginning the task on a fairly ad hoc basis! Digitising is a plan for retirement which happens all-too soon.
