The constant notion in my life is to seek change but treasure the things that are eternal. While I look forward to the future, I'm also mindful of where I come from and the people who are close to me. What good is seeking truths and progress if you can't share it with others?

As far as photography goes, I can now say I am a proud owner of a camera after so many years of camera bumming. I now tell myself, "Okay, I can make photographs but what can I do with it afterwards?"

I'd like to bring things to their ultimate consequence. I think that's why I'm into art--because I can't say no.

I'm always asking why not. Most people would have a plan, a formula, some techniques, but I only develop these as I go along, as required by any of my ambitions, I prefer not to carry any baggage from project to project other than my will to resolve images and themes in their own context.

In the end, what I search for through any of my endeavors is the essential aspects of myself or my perceptions, the things that reappear in every gesture despite my attempts at always starting from scratch.

I know every moment I stand in front of a mirror I can see myself, but it is an impression that doesn't last long, I keep losing myself in everyday life. I want to find a lasting impression of myself, some visionary memento of who I am that stays with me intensely as I move forward in life...

Totally Random Information:
When creating, the material hardest to manipulate is oneself.

That's why we must develop tactics to fight with ourselves through art.
