During my study of journalism in the 80s I could get some photographing-jobs, specially portraits- and action-photos from dancers and actors for the programmes of their shows or their setcards.
It was the same time, when I had my first experience with TV, Movies and Theatre (Musical) by jobbing as assistent manager for some years. During this time I met a lot of special personalities like Helen Schneider, Hildegard Knef, Hans Rosenthal, Wolfgang Völz, Katja Ebstein, Angelika Milster, Dieter Thomas Heck ... but also Hans Joachim Vogel, Eberhard Diepgen, Richard von Weizäcker and other people from culture, politics and business.

Later I changed (back) to my very first passion: SPORTs. It also began by jobbing beside University, but finally I decided to follow this new/old way consistently: I started as a manager of a Gym, got all licence for management, Fitness-Coach and Instructor (aerobic) and traveled through Germany and Europe as a presenter, referent and trainer for instructors.
So I worked together with national and international Academies for more then 15 years, until I was tired of traveling: actually I missed a homes place and something like a privat life.
Maybe my most heeded (not important) work was the choreographie of the Opening Show of the World Championship of Rhythmic Gymnastics 1997 in Berlin. I didn't earn even 1 penny for that - of cause, but 2 weeks later I reseived an official invitation from the incumbent town major of Berlin to the City Hall for getting something to honor my work. - I did not follow this invitation (sorry, Mr. Diepgen), because I had to do things.

Now I work in some different Gyms as a simple instructor/fitness-coach. And suddenly, I have time enough for reactivating my old love: photographing.
Since 2007 I am the proud owner of a Nikon 80 and slowly but surely we become friends.
