Cane Creek Farm is a small farm in Snow Camp, NC specializing in Pasture Raised Heirloom Breed pork and is owned and operated by farmer Eliza MacLean with help from her six year old twins, Enid and Quinn. Cane Creek is known locally and nationally for its humane treatment of animals and high quality meat.
