"Lino is an awesome artist, with an imagination so amazing we would all go blind if we saw how vibrantly creative it is. I am glad to be friends with this insanely skilled builder!"

bricksonwheels says:
"Lino has a big artistic talent, and he builds the greatest Lego customs... and that is exactly the theme that i love too! Besides his skills he is also a very friendly guy!"

V&A Steamworks says:
"The 'Brad Pitt' of the AHOL community, it would be easy to dismiss Lino as the 'Car Guy'. Hey, what did he build? Lino built a car. OK, so all he knows how to do is build cars. He IS only a 'CAR GUY'. But you only need to look more closely at Lino's work and realize that this guy is a talented designer who is applying his skills to the car muse. On top of this, he has a razor sharp wit. Damn, I hate him. He's that good."

"Lino, to me, truly is one of the greatest artists out there. He paints beautifully, and builds art with bricks like no one else I know. To top it all off, he's got a badass personality! He's really a great guy, I'd really like to meet him in person someday. Not to mention he's got an awesome name."

BloodRedDragon says:
"I've never met him, but I've become very fond of his creations! He's an expert at LEGO automobiles, big and small. His creations have inspired me in more ways than I can Imagine! He could probably build a garage full of those cars in a day!"

Mad physicist says:
"There's something special about what Lino does, whether it's his pictures, paintings, ideas for new build challenges, awesome LEGO models or his way with words. I suppose that is what separates the true artist from a gifted amature."

"You all know him by now, and if you don't you will. A legendary builder by anyone's standards and a great guy to hang with, Lino is destined for greatness. Look out world, here he comes."

"What guy this Lino! Never met him but his presence on the virtual highway has been felt even in the red states, via this Flickr thang. He is just “Genius”, with a captitol “G”, on Genius, when he gets his krazy little ideas fer building his Leggo Towers of Babelonia.
You can almost see his Leggo rockabilly gurls wink at you with a teenage giddy-ness when he creates one of these gals for all to ponder (I’m thinkin’ one actually called me on the phone fer a date once!)…or the time he made a circus load of them diabolic klown kritters in chopped & channeled coaches in a panoramic Technicolor town meetin’ that only made geriatrics’ denturures loosen for kicks!—soooo kreeepy, but kool! Yes, I never met the man, but there will come a day, cause he can’t run forever!…
The man, his talents, his Leggos, and his eye for teenage gurly giddy-ness in tight fittin’ jeans!…Behold! It’s Lino M!!!"15th December, 2008

"Excuse me...My jaw fell off and landed by your feet...could you hand it to me? Yes, by far the greatest car builder I've seen...He's a maniac!"

Model Gal says:
"The only thing better than his models is Lino himself. I just got to know him in person at BrickCon 08, but it already feels like we're old friends. This man knows his way around a LEGO MOC and each model he makes seems to be better than the last!"

Sedanman says:
"Lino's one of a kind - most of you know his competitive spirit, but meeting him in person I've found that he's fun to hang out with, and a genuinely good guy too (there go's his image!) The details in the work of his that you see on these pages is even more amazing to see in person, and his artistic talent is multi faceted."

Atomic Cheesecake Studios says:
"I had no idea that stuff like this even existed before today. The lego/lowbrow art combination is one of the most original concepts out there. I'll be keeping an eye on Lino M."

bucklava says:
"I like Lino's Lego projects better than food. He has mastered the Lego domain, from cars, to trucks, to bikes, and beyond. Basically anything on wheels can and will be made into legos by him. His Group "LUGNuts" is super cool with a new contests every month. You can see his work from Lego conventions to museums to brickshelf, and all over the web."
