Yoga Teacher and complementary therapist. Fond of good food and alcohol.

On the photography front I had access to a Kodak instamatic as a kid, then my first serious 35mm camera was a Yashica- might have been the FX-3. Graduated onto the wonderful Canon A1 which I used when I took classes in monochrome film and briefly did my own developing and processing

Found the 365/2010 project a great impetus to get out and take photographs. Discovered that my interest is mainly in street photography. I'm gradually learning the wonders of Lightroom and Photoshop and enjoy the post processing side. It's great to be able to sit in a well lit room and do things with an image I only dreamed of in the darkroom.

Please be respectful of the people in my photos.

Please note that I will delete flashing or oversized logos, and, in most circumstances, your own photos.

I won't add photos to award groups or compulsory comment groups. And if you fave or comment without anything to share with me, I will block you.

    She Said Unprintable Things says:

"I have followed Bridget's work for the past year, and, in the calmest way, she has made an impact on me. Not with a brutal pow, but with a consistent and meaningful coaxing of the moments that she captures.

There is a magical openness in all of her images. Bridget's art has made me look at every moment as a happening moment, without bias of superficial context. Life is Bridget's context, and that is tremendously beautiful.

I am grateful for the experience she provides on her stream!"

    Phil Dillon says:

"I can't believe this woman doesn't have a testimonial yet. Brilliant observation, quirky composition, the grit and grain of quotidian life captured from the hip, the chest and the eye. I love it all."
