I am an artist and art therapist. I am involved creatively explorating many different media, but am in particularly in love with the process of encaustic painting.. I appreciate the ability to paint, sculpt, layer, carve away, reveal and mix it all up to create images that have mystery and interest. Often what emerges is unexpected and visually satisfying.
I also love working in the slow meditative process of prismacolor pencils..creating illuminated mandalas.
