Hi, I am a Korean who goes to one of the most beautiful colleges in the United States - guess where! (Hint: My school is close to Philadelphia, PA.) This summer of 2008, I am so determined to create a lot of fun in my life through a variety of experience I can ever pursue.
I work for Seoul Youth Cultural Exchange Center, a.k.a. MIZY (www.mizy.net), working on the BroSis Project that aims to involve both domestic and international youth participants in the research processes of making contribution to the "sustainable development" of the city.
I am also interning for an online fashion magazine, FeetManSeoul (www.feetmanseoul.com), and do many stuff from writing posts to subtitling on media clips we create for the content like designer profile videos.
Another significant project I am doing this summer is teaching little kids - who are underprivileged children staying after school at a children's center - how to make a movie. I myself have never created a movie nor studied film making except for taking an introductory course at my college for Film and Media studies. Inevitably I am learning and studying by myself to provide well-established, interesting lessons that lead step by step into an actual movie making.
I will try to update as many photos as I can afford to, so please drop by photo gallery to check in and leave your comments.
