I work at a job I love, OB nursing, to support my many interests and hobbies! I've always loved antique handcrafts and taught myself to embroider, sew, knit and crochet when I was in high school, long before it was the "in" thing to do. I've been blessed with many people who have inspired me over the years and taught me much.

Now, my big interests are crazy quilting, hand spinning, knitting and sewing. When the mood strikes, I also do a bit of weaving, crochet and tatting. In addition, I am an accomplished painter in both oils and watercolors, love to bake bread, garden (when I have a place I can garden in!), design tiny cottages and make period clothing that I love to wear. And I manage to fit in a bit of scrapbooking/collage art into this as well!

I am a lover of nature, of peace, solitude and quiet. I revel in the beauty that is revealed around us daily, no matter where we are. My faith in Father God and his son Jesus Christ runs deep and nourshes my daily life. My hope is that my artwork and craft will nourish peace and hope in those who observe it and encourage them to seek out the well spring of all life.
