"I first met kimo on a hot august night at the local watering hole called Thrist Hallow just outside of Death Valley. Tumble weeds whistfully rolling down the dusty street as I made my way toward the sound of laughter and singing at the nearby Saloon. I walked into the Saloon and found a seat at the bar near a high stake poker table in progress. As I scanned the room for outlaws and raiders, a comotion broke out at the high stake gambling table. The center of the table was stacked with poker chips and money piled higher than a bottle of whiskey and a blond hair, well dressed gentleman laid down his winning hand. Words were shared, drinks were tossed and guns drawn; the blond haired man stayed clam making no sudden move, only to scratch his head and say, " thats funny, I swear I had a straight flush. How the hell did I miss all these royal crowns? Hell, I would have bet a lot more money if I paid more attention. Can we play this hand over again? Cuz Im sure you boys have more money tucked away somewhere your just itching to give me." The Piano stopped playing, shots were fired , innocents ran out of the building, and bodies hit the ground. When the smoke cleared, there was Kimo counting his winnings and a girl named jaxi at the other end of the bar reloading her six shooter and tucked it back under her short dress. I said to the man, "looks like you got some good help watching your back?" Jaxi smiled and said, "I also wash that back when I feel like it" Kimo said, "yeah, if it wasnt for my girl, my back would look like swiss cheeze". I asked, "So your from out of town? Norwegian are ya?" Kimo replied, "No, I come from the island of paradise" I said, "So thats your advantage in gambling, a para of dice and good back up." The piano player started banging keys again and ppl started singing, as the undertaker started dragging bodies out into the street. I asked the man his name and informed him it is custom in this town after a shooting for the winner to buy the house a round of drinks. It calms the natives and reminds them there is some order left in this god forsaken dust bowl town. "Drinks around the house!" yelled Kimo and everyone came over to welcome the stranger and his girl to the community. Did anyone take pictures?"
