I finally am down to ONE Sony camera, which continues to be an additional appendage! A little over a year ago, I finally got the Sony Alpha 700 DSLR! I've also moved on to PhotoShop CS3. Not an easy task!
Hands down, taking pictures is my favorite thing to do. In a conversation with a photographer that I am inspired by, (Jim at www.jimmages.com a wedding photographer) his explanation of how he got into photography 25 years ago is EXACTLY how I feel, but could not put it into words. Jim said he "couldn't draw a straight line, he couldn't write, and he found that he was able to express himself creatively through photography". Photography enables me to be creative in a way I wasn't sure how to express.
Through this, I've started to do portraits as a side business, freestyle, location, and natural light trying to capture a different side of people,
