Me
I'm Sophie, I'm from the UK. I love to take photos of wildlife and pets, I find they're my best subjects :)
I adore Flickr! I came here just so I could contact a person, and I managed to find my true hobby instead <3.
It's more than just taking pretty pictures to me, it's taking memories and keeping them forever - it makes you notice simplier things, that have a special place in me.
The other half of me
I love animals. They love you and they trust you even when they've gone through so much. They make you feel so important - and they make the sun shine even on the cloudiest day, they are my family.
I have two bunnies that I got from a local farm, they're very good there and I fell in love with the bunnie's dad, so I was so pleased when we could take two of his babies how with us. Bramble is my goofy boy, so silly and confident ^_^ Bailey is more shy, but a total lovebun and a lover of hay. They are neutered brother and sister and they are in my life now, I can't imagine it without them.
I have five cats.
Cat to are great creatures. They have a special love for you, and they have such deep personalities!
Willow is so silly, and special - she doesn't notice things and falls over when she tries to lie down - but she is one of the nicest cats I've ever known. She's a seal colourpoint ragdoll who we rescued when she was 10 months old - her owner had to give her up, and we couldn't turn her away. She's currently 2.5 years old.
Camille is my oldest cat, she's very chatty - meowing all the time. She's about 18 and is starting to slow down now, but still loves to be out and about :) She loves to 'help' in the garden by sitting right where you are working, or tipping over the bin with the plants in it...like I say 'help'... ;)
Sabre & Bella are very special cats to me. They were my first rescue feral cats, and they've introduced me into a darker world of humanity (cat farms, hoarders etc.) - I know now, and in my life I'll do all that I can to help them.
Sabre..well what can I say? He helped me through a very rough time, makes me laugh and smile every single say. He is my boy, so special, so loving. What would I do without him? He and Bella are indoor cats.
Bella is Sabre's sister. From the start she was so shy and quiet, but slowly and surely she is getting through to us. She meows for pets now and sleeps on the end of my bed. I will continue to help her as much as I can.

I used Bach Flower Remedy and Tellington Touch to get through to them - highly reccommended!
My fifth cat is Tikka 'Tika' Masala, my friend only had a couple of months to find a home for her chubby black and white cat (there are thousands of those in UK), when it was 2 weeks before the deadline and she still was having no luck we agreed to take him in. I'm so glad we did - he's outdoorsy, but so friendly and has the girliest meow. He loves to sleep in my bathroom!
