Currently I am self employed as COMMUNITY PHOTOGRAPHY 'NOW AND THEN' . My general roles are:

Create, & Coordinate new projects, documentaries & art activities in the community working with community groups, charities, local authority community officers. Run educational courses for local authorities.

Community Photographer/Tutor

In 1992 I designed and created a new organisation called Community Photography. It is based loosely on the principles of Humanism and Pragmatism. Community Photography is an independent voluntary organisation. It is an enabling organisation for people interested in learning and utilising interdisciplinary creative skills. Work with, in and for the community is a vital part of its activities. It provides: - a direct service to the community by providing low cost photographs, digital imaging/art work to community groups, charities and voluntary organisations, accredited photography courses and project specific workshops in the community, practical experience of photographic assignments, styles and techniques and extended social documentary work. IT IS OPEN TO ANYONE WITH THESE SHARED INTERESTS!
