Kristian was graduated with honours at Copenhagen college of service and hospitality, back in 1995.

Born in 1975 in Denmark, Kristian moved to Spain in 1985, bacause his parents opened a small danish restaurant with traditional danish cooking. After 8th grade in Spain, Kristian desided that school was a pain, and not willing to study anymore, he got a internship with formally “Copenhagen Airport Restaurants”, that had all of the restaurants in Copenhagen Airport covered.

After 4 hard year, with take away´s, buffets, a la carte, plane delays and lot´s of potatoe peeling, Kristian graduated, and went directly to join the navy for almost 7 years, first as a chef, and later on as a weapons specialist, serving both in the last embargo session of the Gulf War and the later Standing naval force channel.

Deciding to try the cooking again, Kristian joined Maersk as a Chief cook, travelling and cooking in Asia, Europe and Africa.

At present Kristian is working as Head Chef at a small “kro”, which is a sort of Inn, but without the option of sleepovers.
