I'm a twenty-four-year-old Russian expat, who's lived, in chronological order, in: Moscow, Russia; Corvallis, Oregon; Moscow, Russia; West Lafayette, Indiana; Silver Spring, Maryland.

I like to travel but I'm not fantastically adventurous, so I haven't been to very many places. The current roster of countries I've been to is: Russia, Belorus, US, Finland, Ukraine, Spain, France, UK, Canada, though counting Belorus and Canada is slightly cheating.

I love SLR cameras but I can't afford one, and don't particularly enjoy lugging them around on a regular basis, at that. So I play with them whenever I get the chance, but normally use my crappy old point and shoot. I'm currently in the market for a new point and shoot one.

My digital days started in late 2004, and I have heaps of earlier prints that are yet to be scanned. Naturally, I find them more interesting (or just more dear) than almost everything I've done since then, so a scanning soon be receiving a new order. Stay tuned.
