Tinkered with photography when I was younger, but I did not take it seriously until 2006. Since then I've joined a few photo clubs, taken a few seminars and continue to grow as a photographer everyday.
I started with aviation photography, and have branched out to enjoy landscapes, and the occasional animal shots. I haven't had the courage yet to become a portrait shooter.
I have become fairly adept at HDR shooting, and also enjoy taking shots after the sun goes down.
I currently shoot with a Canon 7D, with some 'L' glass, as well as my trusty Tokina 12-24mm wide angle lens. I also have a converted Digital Rebel XT which is now infrared capable only.
