I've been taking photographs since I was 12. I have homes in England (Staffordshire) and France (Aquitaine). I now spend much of my life in Aquitaine - between the town of Bergerac and the ocean.

Throughout the winter of 2009/2010 I uploaded a selection of the 5,000 photos I have taken on a trip to south-west China and overland into Tibet, finishing in mid-November 2009. The uploaded versions are within a window of 1250 by 760 pixels, so that the "original" available on Flickr can easily be viewed on most screens. The real originals are much larger.
