i was born a child and that is how i wish to die...all that i do in the course of this life is an effort in that direction- in washing down the salts of experience mid waters of the river. River ofcourse is the river of life.
i am not all that new to the world, but rather new to photography and colors. always had a desire deep down to capture all that i could in every possible way. picked up the pen to write long back- never made money of it though, god had given me a voice:still honing it to offer before the rest. somehow it never gets good enuf for me.
in summation, i became a poet, writer, music therapy researcher, teacher, composer, performer, musician.
to my plume i always wanted to add painting, i did in the summer of 2007- around the time i turned 35.
i am a soul person (most of us here would be too) anything that honors the soul attracts me-whether it is music, art, writing, cooking, gardening, sculpture, story-telling, mythology, fairytales or meditation. i have not been able to get down to the latter very seriously yet- though definitely at the start of every year it faithfully is among the 'must do this year'.
whatever i have been doing in my life is happening at a micro-level. i withdrew from life long ago; a bit surprising for my age i agree. now i think the time is coming to express myself and am beginning- by adding new media of expression, by willing to experiment with other forms and artists, by learning to grow from the intermingling of species- esplly the canine.
i cannot but fail to describe myself. nothing about me or anyone is final. so why would i try to define- unless i were to periodically revise my view of myself.
so that in this point of time sounds like me- tomorrow is another day.
