Avid genealogist the past 35 + years residing in New Zealand :-) and have just became a "Grammy" on 25 February 2011 to Joseph,[ first child of my daughter and her husband] among the devastating early days of the Christchurch earthquake. Here's my story:

Now of Auckland [since August 2007] and working within the heritage field, but my heart is in Christchurch where I was born and bred and still have my [earthquake damaged] house.

Avid taphophile, love cemetery trawling and have a great love of Canterbury history.
