Hullo, my name is Lee. I live in London and work at a modelling agency in Covent Garden called Models 1 as a retoucher. The most moral of professions? Perhaps not, but airbrushing calms me down so let's just move on shall we?

I have a very wonderful man in my life who lives in Phoenix, Arizona. It's a long way away but we make do by Skypeing lots and sending each other pictures of animals doing spaz faces.

I like brandy and Miss Marple and cats and shows where spaceships fight each other and my bed.

There. You know me.

I'm always up for a little freelance work, especially when you can give me money to spend on trinkets, so do drop me a line if you have a job you think I'd be good for. I specialise in in-depth beauty retouching but I can generally turn my hand to most things.

Loveyoubye,

Lee.

"I really can't begin to impress upon anyone how much I love this man, he is my best friend and confidaunt, my brother, my mother, and my child all rolled into one.

Not many people have seen him at work on his pictures, but as frequent visitor and now housemate, I have, and the painstaking and unrelenting thought and attention to detail that comes as naturally to him as breathing has inspired me to try it all myself.

I can't wait to learn from him over the next year, and even more so see what he comes up with for his 2nd 365.

    Happy new year Lee,

    All my love. x"

    Derek T. says:

"I've only been following Lee for about a month now.

We are both graphic designers (he is at heart, and I do it for a living). Only difference is, he has a passion and talent for it, and I absolutely can't stand doing it, and can't wait to finish college so I can start teaching Literature (my true love).

But Lee is very talented, and should really get out there and allow himself to be recognized because his talents would be of great use in magazine ads, movies, and so forth.

I look forward to see what crazy ideas the new years will bring, and hope only the best for him ....

PS - he loves wolverine, which is a great plus!! :D"

"Lee is an extremely talented individual and definitely loads of fun. His 365 is up there with the best because it's simply great and again, loads of fun. He definitely knows how to enjoy photography and bring about very amusing photos which are also very well made. I've used "fun" and "very" a lot therefore I phail at flickr testimonials but still, he is very fun lol"

"There is so much to love here, a talent that I admire so highly, a great guy, a handsome man, a sweet flickrfriend. His stream is an utter delight, and an often jaw-opening experience, at the quality of his work. Im so glad you found self portraiture and flickr to share it. Im proud to say we have met in 3D too and that I am a huge fan of your work.

    Go Lee!"

"I think Lee may be clinically insane, at least the the worlds he cook up are so amazing they cannot be the work of an ordinary man. His photography is very solid, but his post-production is just out of this world. Too cool for words."

"All it took was one self portrait and I was hooked on his stream. I have to admit that I must have laughed out loud in just about every picture(you know, the ones meant to be funny). Mr, Moog is just about as creative and imaginative as a 5 year old child with a camera. All I can say is, I wanna be like Mr. Moog when I grow up.

"Despite terrible photography, a complete lack or artistic ability and no creative sense, Lee is still able to present a fairly decent piece of work suitable for a fridge.
Under my 3rd grade drawing of a house, of course.

    Truly though.
Never have I 'met' a man with such a creative talent who wasn't so engulfed by his abilities that he snubbed the rest of the world.
He has a heart too big for words, a personality to match and looks to boot.
He is on my list of people to meet in person."

"I agree with Marcus Vitruvius below - the idea of Lee being scared of being laughed at is quite hard to believe. And yet he makes us laugh on a daily basis with (and I don't say this lightly) the most creative, off-the-wall but also technically excellent self-portraits I've seen on flickr. A man with this much imagination and skill is surely very dangerous, but fortunately he's investing so much of it into his photostream at the moment that he's unlikely to get himself or the nation into any serious trouble elsewhere."

"If there is one thing that I find hard to believe, it's Lee being "too scared to try and make a go of it for fear of being laughed at".

The brave display of talent we're treated to here says quite the opposite. Here is a person who obviously is not afraid to show himself, and someone who consciously shows vulnerability is in fact very strong.

Go on, Lee, show us another picture!

    Keep it coming, Lee!"

"There are certain things the public should be informed about Mr.Moog, things that I'm just not at liberty to disclose. His eye for the bizarre and taste for the quirky is clear and what seems random and disjointed are clever details of real life. The Moog will consume the world and shape it in his vision. xxx"
