  "It's Sengsters courage to approach characters of Perth and learn their story which is an instant drawcard for me with his style of portrait photography. While I was proud of myself with taking a couple of photos of an odd character in Fremantle from a distance, Seng had done one better and had already used him as a subject, as well as knowing his name and his life as a homeless artist.
