Ronald T. Campbell of Hampton, New Hampshire is a professional writer and photographer whose lifelong hobby is studying history. He has explored many North American battlefields, including Antietam, Appomattox, Atlanta, Chancellorsville, Fort Niagara, Fort Ticonderoga, Fredericksburg, Gettysburg, Harper’s Ferry, Manassas (Bull Run), Monocacy, New Market, Petersburg (The Crater), Richmond, Valley Forge, and Yorktown.
His latest venture is a history blog about Portsmouth, New Hampshire featuring then-and-now photographs: walkportsmouth.blogspot.com
Ron has an EBook on Smashwords.com: Historic Portsmouth, NH Walking Tour.
His photographs have appeared online in NowPublic news articles, the Schmap guides, and Home & Abroad. The March 2009 edition of Britain at War magazine included his photo of the Sopwith Camel at London’s Imperial War Museum.
