I am Irish and was born in 1974, the Chinese Year of the Tiger. That is how I choose my username.

I live within walking distance to Dublin Zoo and spend a lot of time there. Also I like to travel and have been in many zoos abroad.

From the 4th August 2007 - 20th August 2011, I have visited Dublin Zoo 250 times.

I have been in foreign zoos more than 100 times since May 2009.

Photographing animals requires a lot of patience, persistence & passion.
You must be prepared to wait around a long time, come back time & time again and of course you must love your subjects!!
