I am interested in taking pictures generally, always have a camera in my pocket! I take loads of 'daily life' shots, as a lot of us do. Sometimes I upload them!
Because I live in Bristol and work in the city centre I cannot avoid being very interested in the graffiti/street art scene, and currently am uploading stuff from the past as well as the present.
I am also Interested in old photographs - inherited a few hundred slides including loads of Bristol in the 1960's to 1980's. Very interesting to social historians! If anyone has comments or information, please contribute!
I realise that this site has been well known for the artistic quality of the current uploads, and I do surf for hours and appreciate, but I am hoping that people would put their old pics on board so there could be a photobase (like database) on various geographical areas, whatever the quality!
I try to upload a balance of current stuff/older stuff/family stuff, and I have recently uploaded old family stuff on Hawaii & Lyme Regis, where I was brought up.
