Born in Pennsylvania in 1979, Jesse Philips grows surrounded of comic books, toys and paint sprays. Obsessional draughtsman, graphics package at his hours (under the pseudonym of 1Shtar), it passes a part of his adolescence to travel in company of his parents through the USA and Australia. It is in Japan that it is posed first once to study the typography at the School of Design of Osaka. Graduate since 2002 of the "College of Art and Design" of Minneapolis, Jesse Philips saw today in Albuquerque, Nouveau Mexico, where it is freelance designer. -babelfish
