I'm co-founder and president of Toonamation. We've created tech to make photos and videos look like animated comics. We hope to soon make our effects available for free at photo-sharing and video-sharing sites near you. If you run a site and would like to enhance it by adding automatic tooning for your users, let us know. We're also open to licensing our capabilities for other photo and video-related products and services.

BTW, our tech also drives the ToonIt! plugin for After Effects and Final Cut Pro, being distributed by our partner Digital Anarchy. A Photoshop version is already in the works and should be out within a few months.
