I experiment with things, always seeking new uses and ways to make life better for myself and others.

If it works, what else can it do?
If it works, how can we improve it?
if it doesn't work, why not?

I started out with a Casio QV10 camera, which had some severe limitations. I grew tired of it, and decided it wasn't worth the effort.

A friend offered me a really great price on a used Kodak DC210, and I was hooked. It took great pictures, had removable storage media, and took regular batteries. This is the camera that got me really going with Digital Photography.

From there I switched to the Nikon Coolpix series recommended by friends. The macro is incredible, and will always be the high-water mark for me.

Recently I've converted to a Nikon D40 DSLR because I needed something that could focus in low light. I've already worn out the shutter once, and hope it doesn't happen again.
