我們查看過我們的圖表,但是沒有發現什麼異樣。
如果你們能夠提供nslookup 的結果,我們可以查看一下到底是不是ISP的問題。 在Dos shell中輸入﹕
nslookup farm3.static.flickr.com
或
nslookup farm5.static.flickr.com
然後把結果回覆給我們
或者大家可以聯絡中國網通,告訴他們來自以下兩個地址的相片都不能顯示﹕

大家不用等了，Flickr被大陆官方封锁了，因为我用的好几个国外相册都是这种情况，
这里教大家一个挽救相册里图片的办法，使用代理服务器登陆，虽然同样看不到图片，但是可以至图片的大尺寸处，点下载图片，图片存到硬盘里，可以出现

感激SaintAllen提供的資料。我們查看過﹐確定是中國網通封鎖了一些網絡地址。 我亦向其他在中國的用戶(不同的網絡供應商)查詢過﹐他們並沒有遇到相同的問題。
所以請閣位中國網通的用戶與網通的顧客服務部聯絡,向他們報告來自以下兩個地址的相片都不能顯示﹕

向中国网通联络没用的 现在扫黄 一刀切了 封了你的ip 就不会解封 希望你们能换个ip解析到网通用户 这样就ok了 现在连国内的网站的服务器很大一部分都转往美国了

現時我們亦不能完全確定被封的原因,而此類情況之前亦未有發生過。 不過我們會和網絡部們聯絡﹐ 看看能否替我們查清原因。

現時我們還未能確定是ISP(有沒有會員們向網通聯絡過﹖ 我已經電郵給他們,但是並未有收到回覆。 如果你們能致電他們,這樣是得到答案的最直接方法)或GFW的問題。

让人伤心透了！！万恶的网通，速度不见长，不见快，只会搞出这些没用的东西。什么玩意儿啊！！我家用电信，打开的一点儿问题也没有，而且速度飞快。在单位要用图的时候，急死我也打不开。。

大家一起拨打10010网通服务热线报故障吧，我已经打电话跟他们讲了，为什么电信没有问题，我们这里有100多人受到影响，不能正常使用flickr进行工作，如果他们不能解决问题，我们就换电信了。大家加油，团结一致，一定可以成功！

我突然想起一个问题，大家一起分析一下。网通现在是并到中国联通了，这次手机扫黄，移动和联通一定将flickr给误杀了，因为网通的互联网业务被联通并购，同属一个管理体系，所以也一并将flickr封杀了。这就是为什么中国电信的用户没问题，而网通的有问题了。

网通就是联通,联通就是网通.没有区别.因为我办公网络是电信,访问相册是可以的.但家里联通就不可以.而且只限于farm3和farm5.所以这不是GFW的问题.要是GFW的方法,就应该是现在Google相册的现状了.联通如果要限制,不清楚为什么之限制上面两个段?毕竟其他段是正常的.这反倒像是他们经常升级设备之类的行为,因为这类行为已经导致我多次网络异常了.

新年过后，最让人郁闷的事，就是网通把flickr的IP给封住 了，所有的网通用户都不能正常打开图片。而同时，电信用户是一点儿也没有影响的。
我试过很多办法后，只有用代理上相册是最好用的解决办法，很容易学会，就是IP更换以后，也很容易就可以更改，方便实用。

试过好多国内电信的代理，这两个用的是最快的。
如果新手不会使用的话，请看一面：我用的是 IE8
菜单→“工具”→““Internet选项(O)”。
2。选“连接”，单击“局域网设置(S)...” →““代理服务器”→““对此连接使用代理服务器”→填上HTTP的地址和端口。
很简单，OK

已经拨打10010投诉电话咨询过了，客服说他们是海外网站用电信的IP也刷不出图片来，已再次拨打10010告知使用电信的IP地址202.103.170.154:8080能正常打开图片，等待进一步的详细回复。
不会这样就浪费了我25美元吧~~~

现在只要是网通用户基本都是打不开图的。。是网通把Ip给封了。电信是没问题的。。如果代理Ip用不了。可能和地域有关。用我说的Ip还上不了的话，再换几个Ip多试一下就可以了。。
我上面提供的 IP，我每天都还在用，（我是石家庄的）可以保证是没有问题的。如果一些地区的朋友看不到的话，建议还是换几个IP试试
