How can I delete an old account or merge it with my new flikr account ??

Can somebody please help !! I have just found an old flikr account of mine , how can I delete it or merge it with my newer one ?? I do not have my old account details or password but I do have my old username or the one that is seen on screen .

You cannot merge accounts. And you cannot delete an account unless you have access to it with the proper credentials. If you really want to delete the account, you will need to contact staff; they may be able to give you access; then you can delete it, if you wish.

You will have to contact Flickr staff to regain access to that old account.
Start with the "Need Help?" link at the bottom of the page and select the topic "Trouble Logging In"
In 3-5 days, Flickr staff will respond. Be sure your first email contains all the information necessary to prove you are really the person who started the account.
Staff cannot give you access just because you say it is yours. If that were true, I could email them and claim it was my account. You will have to give them information that proves you were the original owner.
