You're not addressing staff here as this is a mainly user to user forum. Staff do pop by but don't rely on it. You might would be better contacting staff by using 'Need Help? Start Here' but choosing e-mail instead of posting in the Help Forum

Some more information in case it's useful:
I found a group I'm in where it's easy to see that it has been about four weeks since the Top Contributors were updated:
www.flickr.com/groups/thingcounting/
Here we all add one photo per week, and we all are up to either 72 or 73 photos, but the Top Contributors is showing 69 for four of us.
But it's not all groups. I have another group where my most recent adds were only 12 days ago (and I'm the top contributor), but the Top Contributor count is correct.

I noticed the same problem in a group I founded myself.

I'm the top contributor of that group, but in the counter it says
- top contributor Linda De Volder (101)
- submissions from you (167)

I'm extremely disappointed that there ist NOT ANY customer service of Flickr. All volunteers who work for this help forum or in the admin forums should go to strike immediately !!!
NO group actualizes the Top5 statistics. As admin I'd like to have more: A complete user contribution statististics
