why my friend cannot access to the phots that are in the Set folder

when i invite my friends to view my photos, they could only see about 10 photos out of 194 photos. I seperate these 194 photos in different folders (set).

You have 10 public, safe photos.
All the rest of your photos are private. If you want people to see them, you will need to give them permission.
You give people permission by sending them a Guest Pass.
