Help/Camera Finder

I have just looked at the Help/Camera Finder page which lists all Camera Manufacturers that have photos on Flickr.
I have an Hitachi Camera but for some unknown reason Hitachi seems to not be on the list of Cameras on Help/Camera Finder?

They can't possibly guaranty "ALL", esp if they don't generate EXIF
How can they know?
