unable to share my set

I want to share one of my sets with family and friends, but when I click on the SHARE BUTTON a message appears saying I can't share this set? Did I set it up wrong?

If you made those photos restricted (that's a safety filter setting intended for full-frontal nudes, sex acts, etc.), they won't be sharable. You can change the safety filters on already uploaded photos from the photo page or in the Organizr. Private and restricted are not the same thing: private = not everyone can see it; restricted = R/X-rated content.

I also tried to share some of my sets and I get the same message. I have checked my settings and they are not restricted.
