fredtina- we do not want finger pointing in the forums on issues like this. We have a procedure in place for dealing with infringements.
All you have to do is plug your info into the following and email it to copyright@yahoo-inc.com:
------- NOI start -----------
Notice of Infringement
My work: [link(s) -- if available, if not available, describe the infringing
material]
Infringing material: [link(s) on Flickr]
I have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the
copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
I swear under penalty of perjury, the above information in my Notice is
accurate and that I am the copyright or intellectual property owner or
authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.
/Your Name/
Your Name
Your Postal Address
Your Phone Number
Your Email address
------- NOI end -----------
Please use that process and not use the forums for announcing what images you find elsewhere. We don't like it when this happens, but we have to follow a set procedure in order to follow up.
Thanks

Hi fredtina, for this, I'll quote Heather, who said it best here.. It's a two strike offense. We send a warning with the first takedown. We will terminate the account on receipt of the second Notice of Infringement. We give people an opportunity to shape up before we ship them out.
Note: This assumes this is something posted to a Flickr account, which is something we can enforce- and by your most recent post, I understand it may be elsewhere.
I edited the user name out of your post- again, please don't post identifying information about someone you are having a problem with (you may not be able to find the person right away or perhaps they are no longer on Flickr, I don't really know the answer to that).

@fredtina:
Sorry to hear of your difficulty. Sounds like someone is taking pleasure in giving you a hard time by popping back up with a new ID and using your photos.
Shame.
BTW, I find it hard to read your posts when every word begins with a capital letter. No offense intended, it is just a little difficult to read what you are saying.

And surely takes longer to type...
Fredtina, if you've sent another NOI, that's pretty much all you can do at present - but I do agree with fallsroad, it's a scungy thing for someone to do. You're not the first person it's happened to - and, sadly, you won't be the last...
If the idiot in question is stupid enough to keep starting new accounts with the same user-name, just do a search for that name each time you log in to Flickr, and keep reporting him - he'll get tired of it eventually.
