You can mail your payment using a Draft or International Money Order. You need to send in the email address, daytime phone number with the mail order. Send the payment and the information to the Canadian address.
I don't know anything about Draft orders. Perhaps your bank or post office has more information about buying Draft and International Money orders in The Russian Federation. In the United States of America, I can purchase an international money order for Canada for only $3.25 USD.
I believe that Flickr.com will call you if they have questions about your order.

So, George,
Russian banks don`t give intarnational money orders or Drafts. It is no way.
And as i know Canadian banks not used in direct money transfers to accounts, as Russian banks do.
What abou Western Union transfers?
Can you recive it?

I've taken orders/payments from foreign countries by suggesting that the customer find an American friend, or anyone with an American bank account, have them write a check, them reimburse them in the local currency.

Indeed, I do. Apologies. Missed this over the weekend.
There was Help Topic recently that covered how Russians were purchasing PRO accounts -- I'll ask Serguei if he remembers where it was.
Otherwise, I wish I had better news. We're still working with PayPal and our alternate methods as the way to PRO accounts.

I am from Mongolia and would like to upgrade my account to a pro account but haven't been able to. First of all Mongolia is out of PayPal and they wouldn't accept credit cards because Mongolia is not in the country list. More payment options is absolutely needed in the near future, because flickr users are all around the world.

Paypal wont accept my Virgin Credit card, so I mailed an IMO from Australia to Ludicorp 2weeks ago to renew my pro account (which expires soon). Does Ludicorp notify people when the funds have been received? And secondly, once the funds are received how long does it take to process? Im kinda worried my payment has gone missing.

a moment captured, for what the process is, it can take an amazingly long time (2 - 4 weeks).
I've added a month of PRO to your account to give some wiggle room for the process to complete itself.

first of all thanks for the replies vasta and heather (btw where's the cat?)... and secondly, thanks for the extra month because i panicked and put a stop payment on the IMO. it hadnt been drawn against yet and the postal staff gave me the impression it could safely be assumed lost in transit. i got a full refund except for the fee they charge to draw the order and the postage paid, so im only down about 10 bucks.
yes 2 - 4 weeks is an amazingly long period of time. i had no idea it takes that long. i'll send another IMO tomorrow and express (registered) post it so it should arrive safely, and will be easier to trace if it doesnt.
there really should be more payment options. the whole "unknowness" of this method is frightful.
