About Zechen-Bilder // Mines-Impressions

The Ruhr region (Ruhrgebiet) in Germany is characterized by structural change.
Time signal strength of the old district are its mines.
The mining for generations certain people's lives and dominates the landscape.
What's left of the mines now and remains to be safeguarded.
Colliery, colliery towers, slag heaps, ...
the aesthetics of these industrial monuments here will be identified and preserved. Challenging images are welcome.
