This is a group dedicated to finding those photographers out there that have "the EYE" for an awesome shot. Please help us compile the largest collection of talented shots that Flickr has to offer.

The GROUP RULES are simple:

1. If you have received an invite please add your picture to the pool and feel free to give constructive and valuable feedback to other members' photos in the pool. Commenting on other shots in the pool is NOT a requirement for posting, however it is encouraged to leave constructive comments to the photos in the pool if you'd like. This group aims to be a serious accumulation of talent and feedback, not a place to rack up as many comments as possible. Moderation is turned on, so if your invited photos do not appear instantly, please do not think they have been denied.

2. When leaving comments, please remember to leave the html for comments found below so people will know where you saw them.

3. Once you are a member, please help us to continue to grow by inviting those shots on Flickr that you think are among the best out there. You can invite as many shots as you'd like into the pool each day, but a group posting limit of three invited shots per day will apply to each group member.

4. HAVE FUN! And please always be curteous to other members of the group.
