About Your Urban Africa

Share your images of Africa with the Design Museum as we celebrate the opening of new exhibition Urban Africa - David Adjaye's Photographic Journey.

Urban Africa - David Adjaye's Photographic Journey
31 March - 5 September 2010, Design Museum
As part of an ongoing project to study new patterns of urbanism David has stepped out of his regular line of work to photograph and document key cities in Africa. Often regarded as a continent defined by underdevelopment, poverty, war and tourism, through this exhibition Adjaye presents Africa in a different light, examining the buildings and places which have a special resonance with his preoccupations as an architect.

Go crazy! There is no limit to how many images you can add, just as long as the the image was taken in an African City.

We will choose our favourite images and they will be featured in a Design Museum overtime late night event later this year!
