About Your Photo Mission

Part photography project and part scavenger hunt, Your Photo Mission is aimed at motivating photographers to get out on a regular basis and have some fun taking pictures. The idea is simple: every week we'll provide you with a theme for you to take pictures that are specific to the topic or clearly fit within the mission parameters through creative expression. Your mission, should you choose to accept it (how could I resist?), is to get out and take some photos.


Rules:
1) Missions are announced Mon at 12pm PST (8pm UTC) and end the following week at the same time.

2) Photos should be taken after the mission is assigned and added to Flickr by the end of the mission.

3) A total of 3 photos may be uploaded to Flickr by a member for each individual mission.

4) Missions are open to photographers of all skill levels: play nice or don’t play at all.

5) All photos must be appropriate for all ages; this is not open to interpretation.


Optional, but recommended:
1) Add the tag ‘yourphotomission’ to photos added to the pool.

2) Create a set named ‘yourphotomission’ to keep your photos in.
